Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

I aim to provide you with the fastest shipping available as I completely understand you need your pump as soon as possible! Most packages are received within 1-2 days. There are shipping delays throughout New Zealand. Unfortunately this is totally out of my control, and it should settle down soon.Most packages are received in 1-2 working days, however there are cases where your package may get stuck in a delay. Please be patient, and only Contact if it has been more than 5 working days.  

 

Refunds&Returns:

Milkii will complete returns in accordance with the Consumers Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act. Unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind. Most items are unable to be returned due to hygiene/safety reasons once shipped. Please be understanding as I have these measures in place to protect myself as a small business  

Shipping Costs are Non Refundable. 
Items are returned at the customers cost.

We will aim to repair any faulty products in the first instance, but may opt to replace with a new product if we deem it necessary to do so. The product must be shipped to us for inspection.

If no fault is found with the pump, the customer will pay for postage to have it returned.

Reminder: Consumable parts (Shields, Lines, Membranes and Bottles) are not covered under the warranty and are non-refundable. Any loss of suction issues are likely due to an incorrect assembly of the consumable parts or slight damage to them.

Many of these consumable parts do require replacement typically after 3 months use. However this very much depends on your personal usage. Milkii does stock replacement parts to ensure the longevity of your pump.
